Re-open nominations (RON)

There is a point at which not voting can no longer be classified as apathy. There’s a point when apathy becomes a statement without a signature. That is the point when you re-open nominations. Every ballot paper deserves a RON (re-open nominations) and every citizen should be legally required to state whether they want to vote for RON. That is the constitutional change we need. Everyone in a democracy should turn up to vote but everyone should have the right to tell the establishment they are not worth voting for. In if RON wins none of the candidates on the ballot paper can stand again not a Tory, not a Labour or a Green.
